“ We had a great experience. Everyone was so hungry and I asked a few locals where they recommend to take a few hungry kids on a road trip. Weck's came up and we were glad we went. Overall we got pancake, strawberry waffle, sausage, apple juice, stuffed French toast with strawberries, flavored coffee (special), and the New Mexico Benedict. Aside from the coffee (kinda boring) and one of the Benedict sandwiches (it has a lot less flavor than the other), everything was awesome. We ate all the food and everyone was happy afterwards. The price was also great and Evelin took care of us well. Get there early. We got seated around 10:30am and it took like 30 minutes of waiting because there were so many people: a good problem for them to have. ”
“ Amazing service! Great NM Huevos Rancheros! I can't believe 4 bucks M-Th from 6:30-9am. Yummy hash browns, beans and you can have Christmas huevos rancheros over two corn tortillas! If you don't like veggies ask for no lettuce and tomatoes okay. Coffee is good! They have pink and yellow as well as regular and sugar in the raw. I saw nice waffles on another table. Truly the service is great. My dad liked it too, and he's picky ”
“ We were pleasantly surprised how nice Weck's was for a weekend breakfast. Their dining room is folksy and cheerful. The special deal menu is great. I enjoyed the waffle combo (with bacon and coffee), and my other enjoyed the three-egg omelette with ham. With the Senior discount (10%) our breakfast for two was $25. Quite a deal! Our waitress, Evelyn, was friendly and attentive. ”
“ Kudos to the 5 star customer service provided by Rebecca today. She made our whole breakfast experience exceptional today. Thank you Rebecca! Kudos to the chef as well. Excellent breakfast burrito and Chicken Fried Steak. You both really made our day and we appreciate it so much! ”
“ Lots of menu choices, expertly prepared food. Pleasant and friendly servers. Easy to access location. Picturesque among the trees. ”
“ Generous portions. Good taste. American dishes available. Also chili to add to any dish. Good choice for families with mix of patrons idea of chili or not. ”
“ Had another great breakfast here. One of our favorite breakfast resturants with delicious food and awesome staff. I like the have really good daily breakfast and lunch specials with a lot of food and reasonable prices available. ”
“ The best breakfasts in Albuquerque! We love their huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos. The cinnamon rolls are over the top! ”
“ Love this place! On a trip to NM we stumbled onto Wecks for breakfast...a pleasant surprise! The manager was there both times we visited and always came out to our table to ask how everything was...don't see that very often these days! Servers were super friendly. Food was tasty and prices are good...I wish more restaurants would take a page out of the weck's book on running a restaurant! ”
“ Weck's is a chain restaurant which was completely unknown to me until the other day. On 5/29/2023 my daughters and I stopped here for brunch on our way back home from Colorado. We were greeted right away. I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, so we washed up in the surprisingly small bathroom nearby. When we walked out which was probably not even 5 minutes later, our hostess took us to our seat. The wait service was attentive and friendly too. It was just hard to hear sometimes because of the dining room chatter. No background music or TVs. Just lots of old folks and families blabbing. Lol. From the kid's menu, my oldest had pancakes and bacon ($5.99) which she seemed to like very well. My other kiddo had the mac n cheese with fruit ($5.99). She enjoyed the grapes, but the other fruit didn't look all that fresh. I recommend the chicken and waffles ($11.99). The chicken was slightly crunchy on the outside yet tender and juicy inside. The waffles were cooked nicely. All of it was dusted lightly with powdered sugar. This Weck's is located within a plaza with a few other eateries plus a pet store and a grocery store. Parking - while ample - is a bit tight for larger vehicles and trailers. Because of the low pricing and the non-charge for my strawberry lemonade, this place is 3.75 stars rounded up to 4 for me. MY RATING BREAKDOWN Food: 4 | Service: 4 | Ambiance: 3 | Price: 4 ”
